19 children were declared winners of the digital competition “My Albania” organized by the Ministry of Education, in which children from all over the country participate. Prime Minister Edi Rama participated this Tuesday in the ceremony of awarding certificates to the finalists of the “My Albania” painting competition.

In his welcoming speech, Rama praised the works of talented artists from all schools of the country, stating that they conveyed the highest values of patriotism as well as the most important events in the history of our people.

Prime Minister Rama said the program for arts, crafts and sports will be a very good opportunity for the engagement of children after the curriculum.

“These talented artists from all the country’s schools have made the most special promotion to our beautiful Albania, conveying the highest values of patriotism, national pride, our most beloved figures and symbols, as well as the most important events in the history of our people. I have really seen talents with impressive minds. The path of art is a difficult path, not easy, but very beautiful. For these works that are here, and the children that are here, I sincerely want to tell you that they are really impressive works, works that I want to see hanging on the wall. I hope that the gifts that the ministry has prepared for you, make you feel appreciated as you do deserve them. They are works selected by the public and a commission of professionals who are surprised by the quality of these works”, said Rama.
