Tirana, October 15 — Kosova President Vjosa Osmani said she supports the protest held in Tirana in defense of former Kosova Liberation Army leaders.

She stated that the KLA war was just and defensive, while the aggressor was Serbia.

“I support this protest, as I have supported every protest calling for justice,” Osmani told reporters. She said the people of Kosova and Albanians everywhere have only asked for justice, a justice that upholds the highest principles of human rights.

According to Osmani, the KLA leaders in The Hague appeared before justice out of trust in it, and after five years, Kosova’s institutions continue to demand full respect for human rights.
