From Albanian citizenship to the Grand Concert in Tirana, Dua Lipa’s celebrations for the 110th anniversary of Independence
Last Sunday she was granted Albanian citizenship for her role in spreading the fame of Albanians internationally through her music.
Dua celebrated the 110th anniversary of Albania’s independence, as she posed with the national flag and spoke about her status as ‘the country’s youngest citizen’.
The pop star, who was born in London, shared photos before ending her “Future Nostalgia” Tour in Skanderbeg Square. The New Rules hitmaker had combined her black dress with a pair of bright red heels to match the Albanian flag perfectly.
Dua wrote: ‘110 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE very happy to be in Tirana, Albania, as the youngest citizen to perform for all of you tonight FINAL FUTURE NOSTALGIA SHOW, I can’t wait to see you!!!’
