Internationally famous Albanian violinist Olen Cesari returns to Albania. Not just with his now annual recital concert at the Palace of Congresses, but as the organizer of the second edition of the Porto Palermo Festival in Himare from July 15 to August 15, a whole month, an initiative dedicated to classical music and dance.

The festival is part of a project conceived in 2021 as part of the celebrations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of friendship between Italy and Albania and is also supported by the Embassy of Italy and the Albanian Ministry of Culture.

In addition to Olen Cesar, the Festival will have many artists invited to give concerts.

From Albania: Dren Abazi, Vikena Kamenica, Marsela Çibukaj, Kastriot Tusha and Adrian Trebicka or the jazz group Ajs Quartet, while invited from abroad, especially from Italy, the country where Olen Cesari lives, artists such as Enrico Giaretta, Michael Rodi, Paolo Cozzolino, Roman Gomez.
