The Minister of Education and Sports, Evis Kushi, welcomed a group of 24 students from Turkey, aged 9 to 13.

In the framework of this activity for “Strengthening Education for Democratic Citizenship in Albania”, supported by the Council of Europe Office in Tirana, representatives of the Ministry of Education of Turkey and the Council of Europe also visited Albania.

“Together with representatives of the Student Parliament and the Parliamentary Group” Friends of Children “we welcomed in MAS a group of students and teachers from Turkish schools, who have come to Albania for a study visit supported by the Council of Europe,” – writes Minister Kushi.

In this meeting was discussed about the importance of environmental protection and the strengthening of civic and democratic education.
