The year 2022 will be a year full of cultural and artistic activity for Tirana in the framework of an agreement signed today between the Municipality of Tirana and the Region of Puglia. The Minister of Economy and Youth of the Puglia region, Alessandro Delli Noci has given details on Report TV for the Program ‘Puglia – Albania, Together for the Future’.

 Alessandro delli Noci says that Albania has great economic potential and that the relations between the two countries should be strengthened. Given that Tirana has been declared the European Capital of Youth, the Minister emphasizes that the focus will be on cooperation between young people.
Alessandro Delli Noci says that with the Program ‘Puglia – Albania, Together for the Future’, there will be a series of cultural and creative activities for the youth of our country, who will be trained for dance, but not only.

“Today we have signed an agreement with the Municipality of Tirana, because the Puglia region is responsible for the European Union Interreg program between Italy-Albania and Montenegro. We wanted to accompany this process because it is a very good European qualification that Tirana had as the European Youth Capital. The youth policy program from Brussels was recognized as the best in the EU, and to have the opportunity with the Municipality of Tirana to replicate this program and try to experiment not only cultural and creative activities, but to try to have the new generations as protagonists within the city also the nation” said Noci.

In addition to collaborations in the field of art, Alessandro delli Noci said that the governments of the two countries also focus on economic cooperation. According to him, the aim is to exchange goods between the two countries to simplify business procedures.
