The wind band of the capital marched along the streets of Tirana this Sunday morning. The march with the sounds of music took place in the framework of the start of the year, in which Tirana holds the baton of the European Capital of Youth.

“Marches of my city” is the name of this activity, which woke up the silent Tirana this Sunday. This is the first activity of this year, which will be followed by over a thousand others from the cultural, sports and entertainment spectrum.

The title “Tirana European Youth Capital 2022” was awarded to the youth of Albania, in 2019 in Aimens, France, as an effort successfully finalized by civil society organizations, under the leadership of the National Youth Congress and with the support of the Municipality of Tirana.
