The 24th book fair will be held on November 17-21 at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana, returning to its traditional form, after a year where due to the pandemic, book exposure was missing. The President of the Publishing Association Petrit Ymeri praises the new titles, Albanian and foreign ones.

“This year we have returned to our tradition with a great desire to resume. The Tirana Book Fair can be considered the biggest activity that takes place in Albania in every aspect, not only numerically but also culturally. What matters is that there are hundreds of good quality young people. “The feeds are either from contemporary Albanian literature, but most of them comes with prominent authors from all over the world,” said Petrit Ymeri.

Nobel laureates and winners of other world literary awards who have made the history of literature, authors of the Albanian tradition and young people,  translated prose and poetry, offer hundreds of worlds and lives through the pages of books. As some of the books may predict, the new normalcy has its markings.
