The sculpture “Girl with Flowers” is realized with great skill by the folk artist Mumtas Dhrami, an artist who is undoubtedly an extraordinary example of talent and dedication in the field of art and creativity leaving traces in Albanian history. He has been described as the artist who sculpted the history of the Albanian nation and has been distinguished for creativity and originality, receiving the title “Sculptor of the People” in 1978, as well as the title “Honor of the Nation”.

The sculptor Dhrami, over the years has made countless works in co-authorship such as: the Monument of Kristoforidhi in Elbasan (1962), the Monument of Independence in Vlora (1970), the Monument of “Mother Albania” in Tirana (1971), Author of the monument in Drashovica, Peza Monument, Education Obelisk in Gjirokastra.
