In the framework of the German October,  the Municipality of Tirana in cooperation with the German Embassy have inaugurated the installation “Wooden Cloud”, a work of the German sculptor, Martin Steinert.
For the construction of this installation which is placed at ”Scanderbeg Square”,  a special contribution has been given by the students of the Academy of Arts in Tirana.
This wooden installation aims to create a communication channel for all citizens, who can express their wishes, dreams and expectations.
On the occasion of the inauguration of this installation, the German Embassy organized the concert “Rhapsody of Free Space”, conceived by Edit Pulaj and composed by Professor Fatos Qerimaj, as a musical translation of the philosophical context carried by the European project “Free Space” “.

“German October” will conclude with a festival, which will be held on October 30, 31 and November 1, taking place in parallel in 22 European cities, including Tirana.
The “Free Space Rhapsody” concert will be played next week by the Brussels Orchestra and will be watched live on “Reja” installation.
