National Agency for Information Society (AKSHI) shared exciting news today: Diella, the Virtual Assistant 2.0, is now live on the e-Albania electronic platform.

From today, e-Albania users can enjoy seamless voice and visual communication. “Now, you can request public services via voice messages directed at the Virtual Assistant. Thanks to cutting-edge Azure OpenAI technologies and Microsoft’s AI models, navigating the platform is now simpler and faster,” AKSHI said in its announcement.

One year after the debut of Virtual Assistant 1.0, which saw over 1 million interactions, e-Albania continues to improve with Diella Zadrimore, further boosting the efficiency of public service delivery and enhancing accessibility for all citizens and businesses.
