President of the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Albania, Ines Muçostepa, met with the Head of the Economic Chamber of Kosova, Lulzim Rafuna, and Albania’s Ambassador to Kosova, Petrit Malaj, in an official meeting. The gathering aimed to advance the shared objectives outlined in the joint declaration for the establishment of the Albania–Kosova Bilateral Chamber of Commerce, with the goal of enhancing economic and strategic cooperation between the two countries. 

During the meeting, parties agreed on all necessary steps to ensure the operationalization of the Albania–Kosova Bilateral Chamber of Commerce. 

The Chamber will act in the interest of businesses in both Albania and Kosova, addressing their concerns to the respective governments. This initiative is in line with the objectives detailed in the joint declaration signed on November 26, 2018, during the intergovernmental meeting in Peja, which laid the groundwork for the Chamber’s establishment. 

This agreement represents a significant step forward in strengthening economic collaboration between Albania and Kosova and in fulfilling the shared vision for the Bilateral Chamber of Commerce.
