Balkan tour agenda, Rama meetings tomorrow in Kosova with Osmani and Konjufca, the one with Kurti is still to see

On October 16, 2023, official Tirana will host the Berlin Process summit, while Albanian government seems to have started preparations now. In this context, Prime Minister Edi Rama will start a Balkan tour on Thursday, which is reportedly starting from Skopje.
The agenda of meetings of the head of the Albanian government includes the highest political levels of the Balkan capitals, meetings which have been confirmed so far, with the exception of the meeting with the Prime Minister of Kosova, Albin Kurti.
During his stop tomorrow in Prishtina, it is learned that at 16:00, the head of the Albanian government will hold a meeting with the President, Vjosa Osmani. It is learned from diplomatic sources that the meeting is expected to last 60 minutes. According to the agenda, at 17.15, a meeting with the Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca, is planned.
So far there is no confirmation of a possible meeting between Kurti and Rama in Prishtina. The Prime Minister of Kosova stated that he has asked his counterpart from Albania, Edi Rama, to hold the joint meeting of the two governments that was canceled a few days ago.
Kurti declared that if the joint meeting between the governments of Albania and Kosova is not held, there will be no other meetings between them.
It is learned that Rama will stay in Kosova tomorrow, while on Friday he will continue the meetings in Podgorica, Belgrade and Sarajevo.
