The Government of Kosova held today a meeting, in which it approved the initiative for the conclusion of the agreement for the recognition of the right to exercise the professions of lawyer and mediator in disputes resolutions between the Government of the Republic of Kosova and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, it is announced in the press release.

It states that the decision obliges the Ministry of Justice of Kosova to handle negotiations with the Government of Albania in order to finalize a final text of the agreement in accordance with the legislation in force.

Object of the agreement is to determine the applicable rules in enabling the recognition of the right to exercise the professions of lawyer and mediator in the resolution of disputes in both countries, as well as the rights and obligations that the parties undertake to achieve the goal, according to this agreement.
