President Bajram Begaj will leave tomorrow for Podgorica, to participate in the ceremonies planned for the inauguration of the new president of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic.

The Presidency announced today that the presence of President Begaj in these ceremonies is an indication of the will to further strengthen good neighborliness as well as appreciation for the role of the Albanian factor in the stability and Euro-Atlantic journey of Montenegro.

A number of heads of state and government from the countries of the Southeast European region, as well as many high-ranking European and American officials, are expected to participate in these ceremonies.

Economist Jakov Milatovic won the presidential election in Montenegro in early April.
