In this context, the Deputy Ambassador of Albania to Montenegro, Adi Hoxha, noted the problem of assimilation of Albanians in Montenegro.

“The phenomenon of assimilation of Albanians in Montenegro is one of these challenges. “I believe that for such an open dialogue, which addresses the identity issues of Albanians not only in Montenegro but throughout the Balkans, they are more than necessary and must be continuous. We must keep in mind that we as Albanians here in our lands in Montenegro are also facing various phenomena that directly affect the decline in the number of Albanians in Montenegro. This is the phenomenon of assimilation, emigration, low birth rate that reduce the national existence of Albanians in Montenegro “, said Mr. Nika.
