The Parliaments of Albania and Kosovo are convening a joint plenary session today in Pristina, marking another significant step in strengthening ties between the two nations.  

The session will begin with opening remarks by the Speakers of both Parliaments, Elisa Spiropali and Glauk Konjufca.  

Concluding the proceedings, Prime Ministers Edi Rama of Albania and Albin Kurti of Kosovo will address the assembly.  

Key leaders from various parliamentary groups will also take the floor to share their perspectives and contributions.
