Blendi Gonxhja, Minister of Economy, Culture, and Innovation, today marked the 10th anniversary of the passing of renowned singer Dr. Flori.

Today, we remember Dr. Flori, a beloved artist who left us 10 years ago, wrote Gonxhja.

“For all who knew and worked with him, Dr. Flori remains an unforgettable figure, both a great artist and a man with a generous heart,” he added in a social media post.

“In his honor, let us continue to cherish and preserve our love for art, just as he taught us,” Gonxhja concluded.

Floran Kondi, known by his stage name Dr. Flori, was born on February 28, 1979, in Kuçova and passed away on November 17, 2014, in Tirana. A singer, rapper, composer, and songwriter, Dr. Flori was a founding member of the West Side Family music band, achieving success with hits like “Tirona” and “Nëse mundesh” /If You Can/, “Mesazh”, etc.
