Roza Anagnosti was born in the city of Shkodër on October 27, 1943.

Anagnosti is a prominent actress of the National Theater and Albanian cinematography. She started her career at the “Migjeni” Theater of Shkodër. Only 20 years old, she started her career in cinema with the role of a teacher in the movie “Detyrë e Posaçme”/Special Assignment/ (K. Dhamo, 1963).

A year later, he played File in the film “Toka Jonë” /Our Land/ (H. Hakani, 1964). In September 1964, she became part of the National Theater, where she shined in the international and national masterpieces like “Red Sky”, “King Lear”, “Twelfth Night”, “Visit of the Inspector”, “The Girl of the Mountains”, “Our land”,etc., while continuing to start in movies like “Old Wounds” (Dh. Anagnosti, 1969), “Fije që priten” /Cut Connections/ (M. Fejzo, 1976), with which he won the “Festival Medal” of 1977, “Mësonjëtorja” / /The school/ ( M. Fejzo, 1979) with which she was awarded as “Best Actress” and won the Festival Cup in 1981, while in the movie “Rruga e Lirisë” /The Road to Freedom/ she won the second ‘Medalion’.

Roza Anagnosti became an actress much sought after by directors. He acted in over 20 movies and won several important national awards.

The couple Roza and Dhimitër Anagnosti (the actress and the director) became a symbol of success in art.
