Albania and Kosovo have reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing cooperation in disaster response and management.  

During a meeting in Tirana, Haki Çako, Director General of Albania’s National Civil Protection Agency, and Genc Metaj, Head of Kosovo’s Emergency Management Agency, underscored the importance of experience-sharing and coordination in emergency management.  

The discussions aimed at improving disaster response capabilities and developing joint operational capacities.  

Both officials expressed their determination to advance the partnership between their agencies, bolster regional civil protection mechanisms, and enhance the safety of citizens.
