Antonio Costa, the newly appointed President of the European Council, affirmed that the future of the Western Balkans lies within the European Union.

‘The Future of the Western Balkans is in the EU. Let’s work to make it happen’ writes Costa.

In a post on the platform ‘X,’ Costa shared photos with representatives from Western Balkan countries (Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina) following a dinner with the region’s leaders.
