Liburn Aliu, Minister of Environment, City Planning and Infrastructure of Kosova said today from Kukës [in Albania], where the bridge that will connect the two sides of the Road of the Nation is an investment that brings the two countries even closer.

“Albanians from both sides of the nation who cross the Road of the Nation or the transport of goods have an increasing and extremely intensive use,” he said.

“This means a lot, as it completely facilitates communication and transportation. This bridge helps Kosova and Albania to combine more easily with each other. This bridge is a development, since on one side there was a highway and on the other side there was a bridge that is narrow and slowed down the movement, now this bridge facilitates communication between the two countries,” said Aliu.
