The Albanian Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Talat Xhaferi, stated in an exclusive interview for RTSH that the perception of Macedonian citizens towards Albanians there has changed significantly. However, he underlined that the neighboring country is not yet ready for an Albanian president, as requested by the Albanian opposition.

Xhaferi expressed regret for the behavior of the Albanian opposition parties in the parliamentary session where they voted for the first Albanian prime minister in the history of North Macedonia.
