Kosovo Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci welcomed the Albanian ambassador to the Republic of Kosovo, Petrit Malaj

Kosovo Minister of Defense Ejup Maqedonci, accompanied by Deputy Minister Shemsi Syla, welcomed the new Albanian ambassador to the Republic of Kosovo, Petrit Malaj. During their meeting, they discussed ongoing developments in our country, highlighted the excellent relations between both nations, and explored opportunities for further deepening and strengthening cooperation, particularly in the realm of defense.
Congratulating Malaj on his new position as the head of Albania’s diplomatic mission in Pristina, Minister Macedonci expressed his belief that Malaj’s appointment as ambassador will invigorate the cooperation between both countries, a collaboration of mutual interest.
According to the announcement, the Macedonian minister expressed gratitude to the ambassador for the institutional support provided thus far. He also stressed that advancing bilateral relations between the two states is not only a diplomatic obligation but also a commitment to the nation.
The Albanian ambassador, in response, affirmed his dedication to bolstering cooperation between Tirana and Pristina, considering it a noble mission shared by every Albanian.
