The Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte, expressed his satisfaction that he was in Tirana again when he arrived for the Berlin summit where he was received by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Asked by journalists, Rutte issued a statement about the tensions in the north of Kosovo.

“Of course, we have asked a lot for the de-escalation of the situation. I spoke to President Vucic earlier. Today, I will also have the opportunity to speak with the Prime Minister of Serbia and the Prime Minister of Kosovo and I hope that we will all help to reduce tensions”, he declared.
