The President of Kosova, Vjosa Osmani, during a meeting with a delegation from the Federal Parliament of the Kingdom of Belgium at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, said that Kosova’s aim is that membership in the Partnership for Peace to anticipate NATO membership.

According to her, these steps contribute to the stability not only of Kosova, but also of the region.

The delegation from the Federal Parliament of the Kingdom of Belgium to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly was headed by Theo Francken.

According to President Osmani, Kosova is committed to fulfilling its obligations as a partner in promoting regional security and stability.

“A part of the meeting was also dedicated to the possibilities of inter-parliamentary cooperation and various areas of common interest,” the respective press release states.

Osmani thanked the delegation for Belgium’s support and commitment to the NATO mission and its partnership with Kosova.
