A woman and her 5-year-old son lost their lives as a result of yesterday’s floods in Peja. According to reports, two people were sent for medical treatment after injuries.

Peja’s mayor, Gazmend Muhaxheri expressed his shock at the tragic case, describing the situation as serious and bitter.

In the meantime, the Kosova Defense Minister, Armend Mehaj informs that the SAR units had left for Peja to help the citizens in this dire situation. Mehaj said that they will be where there is a need to assist in this difficult situation.
