The head of the EU’s foreign policy, Josep Borrell, through a media conference from Ohrid, made public the conclusions reached in the meeting between the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic, with the mediation of European officials.

“The objective today was for Kosovo and Serbia to agree on how to implement the agreement accepted at the last meeting. The agreement was reached in February, but today the issue was to see how it would be implemented. We have discussed for 12 hours about this, and finally we have an agreement. Kosovo and Serbia have reached an agreement on the implementation of the annex to the agreement to normalize relations between them. The parties have agreed to respect this agreement, all the obligations that derive from it”.
