The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, made appeal to Kosovo and Serbia to accept the European proposal, as the only way out to resume normal relations.

In an interview for “Deutsche Welle”, Borrell stated that he invited the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the Serbian President, Aleksandër Vucic, to a meeting on February 27.

“I met with the president of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic, and the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti. I will meet with both of them in Brussels on February 27. I have invited them to have a day full of discussions. It is a proposition on the table. I hope that they will be able to accept this proposal as a way to normalize relations between them”, said Borrell.
