The Kosovo Police has announced that the border point in Merdare has been opened. It was blocked on the Serbian side two kilometers from the border. According to the police, since 09:50, it has been released for circulation.

“Additional border point “Merdare” is released for traffic Pristina, on December 29, 2022. Based on the latest information, the road which was blocked on 27.12.2022 in the second kilometer inside Serbia, today at 09:50 is released for circulation. Therefore, we inform the citizens and compatriots now that the border crossing point “Merdare” has been released for traffic and has returned to full normality,” media announcement reads.
