Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of Kosova announces that Serbian criminal groups have blocked the border point in Merdare.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called on all citizens who are on the move to use other border points for circulation until further official information from the Kosova institutions.

As for those citizens who have already entered Serbia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kosova informs that they must pass through the border points in Mutivoda, Dheu i Bardhë or take the route through North Macedonia (the border crossing point of Presheva) through Skopje.

“Considering the fact that there is a lot of fake news in circulation, which aims to spread fear, please follow @Kosovo_Police for the latest official updates in this regard,” the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reads.

The National Center for Border Management has officially announced the blocking of the border point in Merdare.
