The judge of the Preliminary Procedure of the Special Court, Nicolas Guillou, has approved the request of the Special Prosecutor’s Office of The Hague for the amendment of the confirmed indictment against Hashim Thaçi and others.
The Special Prosecutor’s Office has requested that the allegations of crimes in the city of Ferizaj be removed from the indictment, Gazeta Express reports.

The judge of the Preliminary Procedure has approved the request of the Prosecutor’s Office of The Hague and has ordered them to withdraw the mentioned claims about an alleged crime in Ferizaj.

“The confirmed Amended Indictment will be filed by Friday, September 30, 2022,” the decision states.
