The speech of the head of the government within the General Assembly at the UN was indicative of Albania’s voice in the international mechanisms for Kosovo as well. This is how the incumbent MP and former Prime Minister of Kosovo assessed the speech of Prime Minister Edi Rama. Avdullah Hoti wrote in a post on Facebook that Albania will be the voice of Kosovo, as long as it is not a member of international organizations. Hoti, among other things, sets our country apart from other countries that support the efforts of the people of Kosovo.

This is how Prime Minister Rama’s speech at the UN should be seen: “Until Kosovo joins the international mechanisms, Albania remains our voice, alongside friendly countries that have supported the efforts of the people of Kosovo for freedom and independence”, writes Hoti.
