The Prime Minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabic, is expected to visit Kosovo on September 5.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo has confirmed for Radio Free Europe that “they have responded positively to the request” for this visit. “The granting of permission for the visit is based on the agreement regarding the mutual visits of political representatives between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia”, says the Ministry.

According to the announcement made by the Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia, Brnabic will make a one-day visit to the northern municipalities of Kosovo, namely North Mitrovica, Zveçan and Leposaviq.

“The Prime Minister will visit the first multimedia center in the north of Kosovo… After that, she will visit the Banjska Monastery in the Municipality of Zveçan”, the announcement reads.
