It has been 1,096 days since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. To mark this anniversary, a commemoration was held in Pristina, organized by the embassies of France, Germany, Italy, the UK, and the EU Office in Kosovo.

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani highlighted Ukraine’s extraordinary resilience over the past three years, emphasizing Kosovo’s support through both words and actions.

French Ambassador Olivier Guerot stressed that Ukraine’s fight for freedom is also a fight for European security, marking a violation of international law by Russia. The ceremony included the screening of a documentary on the war’s impact on civilians.
