Albanian virtuoso Tedi Papavrami has once again made us proud, this time as the artistic director of the “Tanny” festival held annually in Geneva, Switzerland. He captivated the audience with an orchestral piece performed alongside Nelson Goerner, who is acclaimed as one of the world’s finest pianists.

The duo, accompanied by a talented ensemble of musicians, delivered an electrifying performance that resonated deeply with the audience, featuring the works of the emblematic 19th-century composer Ernest Chausson. Chausson is well-known to the Albanian public for his “Poem for Violin and Orchestra.”

For several minutes, Papavrami and Goerner led the group of musicians in creating a fantastic symphony during the 15th edition of the “Tanny” concert, which has consistently featured highly esteemed artists.

In this 15th edition, Papavrami served as both the artistic director and soloist. However, in August of the following year, when the next edition is set to take place, the Albanian violinist will have the responsibility of curating the entire program, drawing the attention of art enthusiasts worldwide back to Geneva.
