Kosovo’s Foreign Minister, Donika Gërvalla, met EU’s Kaja Kallas. Gërvalla emphasized the EU’s key role in ensuring stability and justice for all Europeans.

She demanded Kosovo be treated as an equal partner in EU integration. Gërvalla urged quicker EU membership and greater international recognition for Kosovo.

The Ministry stressed that support for Kosovo must turn into action, not just words. Concrete steps include finalizing Kosovo’s Council of Europe membership, advancing its EU application, and lifting unfair restrictions.

Gërvalla declared that the Western Balkans’ European future cannot be complete without Kosovo. “Supporting Kosovo strengthens a democratic and united Europe,” she asserted.

She pointed out Kosovo’s crucial role in regional stability and security. Gërvalla called for bold decisions and a unified European vision that includes Kosovo.
