Kosova Makes Moderate Progress in the Berlin Process Regional Common Market

Kosova has made moderate progress in implementing the Action Plan for the Regional Common Market within the Berlin Process, according to a report published by the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI) on Tuesday.

Violeta Haxholli, a researcher at KDI, stated that, as part of the European reform agenda, Kosovo has advanced in developing the 5G network, which is part of the Digital Agenda 2030. However, she stressed that greater efforts are needed in the framework of the green agenda.

Haxholli also noted that Kosova has made strides in adopting legislation to meet the obligations undertaken in this process.

Minister of Economy (acting) Artane Rizvanolli, who was also present at the discussion, highlighted that the Berlin Process is crucial for regional cooperation. She emphasized that Kosova is the most proactive country in the region within the framework of the Berlin Process.

Rizvanolli also accused Serbia of failing to implement agreements reached within the Berlin Process.
