Senior U.S. Official to Visit Kosova, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina

Acting U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Brendan Hanrahan will visit Kosova, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He announced the visit through a post on Platform X.
“I’m heading to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Kosova after productive talks in Dayton and Washington,” Hanrahan wrote. “It’s an important anniversary and a decisive time for the Western Balkans. I look forward to strengthening U.S. ties with countries in the region,” he added.
Earlier on Wednesday, Kosova’s President Vjosa Osmani met Hanrahan in Washington. She confirmed their shared commitment to deepen the strategic partnership between Kosovo and the United States.
“Kosova is ready to advance cooperation with the U.S. in key areas such as defense, economy, and strategic investments of mutual interest,” President Osmani stated.
She also stressed that Kosova stands firmly with the United States in values, vision, and action.
