EU Ambassador to Kosova, Aivo Orav, expressed disappointment that Kosova’s newly elected parliamentarians from the February 9 elections again failed to form the Parliament.

Orav said Kosova needs a Parliament “soon” and a new government to build a “new and strong bridge” between Kosova and Brussels.

He added that such cooperation would speed up Kosovo’s EU membership process.

Orav attended the 52nd constitutive session alongside other international representatives from the US, Germany, the UK, France, and more.

“We came here with high hopes, but unfortunately, nothing happened again,” he said.
