The discussion focused on recent developments in Kosovo and the wider region, with particular attention to the ongoing process of parliamentary constitution.

The meeting also covered ways to further strengthen bilateral relations, enhance economic cooperation, and bolster Kosovo’s position on the international stage, according to KosovaPress.

The head of state called for continued support from Berlin for Kosovo’s full international integration, especially within the Council of Europe, acknowledging Germany’s significant role in the Council and the importance of this process for strengthening democratic institutions and protecting human rights.

Regarding the EU-mediated dialogue process, Osmani emphasized the need for strategic clarity, defined timelines, and clear objectives, underlining that normalization entails mutual recognition and respect for Kosovo’s territorial integrity and constitutional order.
