In July 2025, Albania welcomed approximately 38,000 more visitors than the same month last year. According to the Agency for Media and Information (MIA), 1,825,490 foreign nationals entered the country, while 1,793,493 exited.

During the same period, 837,000 Albanian citizens returned home, and 782,000 departed abroad. In total, about 2,663,010 people entered Albania in July, compared to 2,624,207 in July 2024.

August has started with increased traffic at Tirana Airport, the ports of Durrës and Vlorë, and other border points. Alongside foreign tourists, many emigrants are choosing to spend their holidays in Albania.
