Osmani underlined Kosovo’s dedication to political stability and the full democratic functioning of institutions. She highlighted the election of the Speaker of Parliament and most deputy speakers as crucial steps in this process.
On the EU’s restrictive measures against Kosovo, Osmani stated that they are unfair. She argued they harm citizens and their well-being, undermine democratic processes and development, and weaken the credibility of the EU-led dialogue.
In conclusion, Osmani reaffirmed Kosovo’s readiness to act as a reliable partner in strengthening peace, stability, and regional cooperation.
