Kosovan President Vjosa Osmani today met with the U.S. Chargé d’Affaires in Kosova, Anu Pratipati. They discussed recent developments in the country, including the election of the new Speaker of Parliament, the majority of deputy speakers, and the next steps toward the full constitution of the Assembly.

Meanwhile, they also addressed bilateral cooperation. Both sides reaffirmed readiness to advance further in areas of strategic interest for the two countries, KosovaPress reported.

In addition, ahead of the United Nations General Assembly High-Level Week in New York, where President Osmani will participate again this year as head of Kosova’s delegation, they discussed the agenda and expectations from planned meetings and activities.
