During the Bled Strategic Forum, Deputy Prime Minister and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Donika Gërvalla, held a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia, Tanja Fajon.

At the meeting, they discussed deepening economic cooperation between the two countries. In addition, they explored ways to strengthen ties between businesses. These steps aim to build a sustainable and long-term partnership between Kosova and Slovenia.

Another key topic was the recognition of Kosova driver’s licenses in Slovenia. The measure will significantly ease life for the Kosova Diaspora. Furthermore, it will strengthen the links between the two countries.

Minister Gërvalla thanked Minister Fajon for Slovenia’s continued support of Kosova’s Euro-Atlantic integration. She described the support as proof of Slovenia’s role as a friend and partner to Kosova.

“Slovenia’s unwavering support for Kosova’s Euro-Atlantic integration reaffirms its role as a strategic ally and partner of our country,” Gërvalla said in a statement.
