The Center for Openness and Dialogue (COD) opened its fall season with a solo exhibition by painter Jakup Ferri.

The exhibition Tempo brings a vivid universe of colors, figures, and rhythms that dance between reality and imagination. The show will remain open to the public until October 10.

COD director Jetona Koçibelli thanked guests, friends, and visitors at the opening. She invited the public to experience this unique exhibition throughout the month.

Jakup Ferri, born in 1981 in Pristina, studied at the Faculty of Arts in Pristina and at Rijksakademie in Amsterdam. In 2008, he won the Buning Brongers Prize in Amsterdam.

He has participated in major international exhibitions, including U-TURN Quadrennial for Contemporary Art in Copenhagen, the Istanbul Biennial, and De Hallen in Haarlem.

In 2022, he represented Kosovo at the 59th Venice Biennale.
