“Very few killers” draws crowds at Elbasan’s ‘Skampa’ theatre

The “Skampa” Theatre in Elbasan hosted the comedy “Very Few Killers” for several consecutive nights. The show broke the traditional barrier between the stage and the audience.

The comedy, written by Paul Portner, offered a mix of dark humor, absurd situations, and an interactive structure where viewers helped solve a crime mystery.

Director Rozi Kostani not only led the production but also appeared on stage. Spectators became active participants in the dramatic conflict and the final resolution.

Actor Helidon Fino stood out with his portrayal of Tony Whitcomb, turning him into an unconventional and expressive character. He moved skillfully between flamboyant theatricality and inner emotional tension. Actress Ola Harizaj impressed as Mrs. Schubert, a refined character shaped with delicacy and subtle intensity.

Paul Portner (1925–1984), the author of “Very Few Killers,” was a German playwright, novelist, translator, and publisher.
