Albanian skier Denni Xhepa, 22, achieved historic results in Giant Slalom at the Alpine Skiing Audi FIS World Cup in Val Cenis, France.

On December 8, he finished 3rd, standing on the podium behind France’s Talayarch Clement and Heude Arthur. The next day, he placed 10th among the world’s best.

These performances highlight Albania’s growing presence in international skiing. Organizers and coaches say Xhepa inspires young athletes and shows that Albanian competitors can perform with passion and dignity on top stages.

He will continue racing in France in the coming days, aiming to lower his FIS points and strengthen his international ranking.
