Post Fest 64 – RTSH Symphony Orchestra receives career award

The RTSH Symphony Orchestra, regarded as the heart of the Song Festival, received the Career Award at the 64th edition of the festival. The award recognized the orchestra’s irreplaceable role in the history of Albanian music.
At Post Fest 64, the orchestra’s director, Blerta Ristani, described the honor as a special surprise. She said, “Receiving the Career Award for the Symphony Orchestra was a joy and a surprise. Every award carries extraordinary value and emotion.”
Violinist Lirza Zaloshnja also shared her excitement, calling the award a major motivation for the entire ensemble.
“It was a surprise; we didn’t expect it. We felt very moved and privileged, treated with care and dignity by the entire RTSH staff and management. A special thanks to Ms. Eni Vasli, who highlighted the orchestra when presenting the award, calling it a jewel in the crown of festivals. This is the 64th festival in which the orchestra performs for hours. They do colossal work, functioning like a perfectly tuned machine in every detail, and this has motivated us greatly,” she said.
