TIRANA, December 30 – The Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Sports, Blendi Gonxhja, stated that the National Archaeological Museum in Durrës was close to completing restoration and exhibition interventions. He noted that over 2,400 objects would soon be displayed in completely new pavilions. In addition, the pavilions included modern lighting and contemporary conditions.

He explained that the museum courtyard had also been redesigned. This space aimed to become attractive for visitors, cultural activities, and educational programs. The Minister emphasized that the museum would serve as a reference point for researchers and history enthusiasts. Furthermore, he said it would become one of Durrës’ main cultural attractions.
